We prepare and sell traditional Vietnamese lunch bowls, banh mi, and coffee for takeaway and delivery. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details. We confirm each order by email or phone. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot verify the details or if the item is unavailable.
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for being available to receive your order. If you request a change after the order is confirmed, we will try to accommodate it, but we cannot guarantee it. You must inform us of any food allergies before ordering. We handle allergens carefully, but our kitchen works with common allergens.
Prices are shown at the time of ordering and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of order unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not store your payment details on our servers. If a payment fails, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
We offer collection from our kitchen and delivery within a limited area. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to traffic or weather. If you choose collection, your order will be ready at the time we confirm. We pack all orders to keep food fresh and safe during transit.
You may cancel an order up to 30 minutes before the confirmed collection or delivery time. After that, we may have already started preparing your food. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, contact us within 24 hours and we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased. We are not liable for any indirect losses, including loss of income or inconvenience, arising from a delay or issue with your order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection laws.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. If a change affects an existing order, we will notify you directly. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
